About Us

If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line, but didn't know how to get started, OR, if you want to take your fitness to the next level, this group is for you!  We are Stroller friendly, so bring your kiddos and lets roll!


If you are a mom who would like to begin running, we offer 8-week training sessions, each ending in a real 5K race!

Each 8-week session consists of: 1. Group Running; 2. Speed Work; 3. Stairs and Stability Training; 4. Flexibility, Stretching and Core. During this training program, you will also learn about proper running form (with and without a stroller), injury prevention and choosing the right shoe. Your group will meet 2-3 times per week in various locations.

Also, as part of our running club, we will offer free "fun runs," where we will get together to run just for fun. These runs are open to everyone...including moms who are already runners!
