Today I RAN! Well it was mostly walking, but it felt so good to get out there again. I was only able to run about 1/8th of a mile or so at a time but it's a start!
In my brain I'm ready to run, but I know physically my body isn't quite there yet. Over the next few weeks I'll be working on strengthening my core, hip stabilization exercises and cross training. I have a post for examples of each topic coming soon!
